Return And Refund Policy

At Sakthi we take utmost care in getting the best products to all our customers. But however, in rare cases where you feel we have not kept our promise then we shall provide.

Products purchased from our site can be returned for a refund within 7 days from the date of the invoice provided:

  • The product has not been used and has not been altered in any manner
  • The product is intact and in saleable condition, and
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.

The following types of products - once accepted by customers cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as Butter, Cheese, Dahi, etc…
  • Items purchased in Bulk quantities
  • Fresh food and non-food items such as vegetables, fruits, and flowers

Please Note:

  • Products purchased online from our web site can be returned for refund at their own risk by bearing the cost of return shipping charges.
  • Products purchased offline at our Sakthi stores can also be returned for refund or you can exchange the product at a store itself.
  • We do not refund shipping charges or extra service charges
  • If it is not our fault, we do not cover return shipping

Refunds:

  • Any refund due will be credited within 3-5 working days after receiving the goods to us.
  • Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product as outlined in our cancellation policy and our Terms and Conditions*

In the event of any quality related complaint about a product, the customer should contact the Sakthi consumer care number or the consumer care cell of the manufacturer/ marketer of the product. Details of the consumer care cell of the Manufacturer or Marketer will be on the packaging of the product.
